New Heads of Operations, Sales, and Chief of Staff Join Forces with Expanded CCO Role

RLTYco, the essential one-stop shop for the modern 1099 real estate professional, today announced three prominent new executive hires and the promotion of Head of Sales, Eric Zollinger, to Chief Customer Officer. These appointments mark a pivotal moment for RLTYco, which has expanded rapidly since its inception in 2021. Tina Valencerina joins RLTYco as Head of Operations, bringing over two decades of real estate experience in property operations, inclusive of marketing, development, and leasing. A former Related Companies executive, Valencerina previously led an operations team that also drove technological growth across the national portfolio to enhance efficiency and performance. She was a co-founder of the Related Rentals Women’s Leadership Group, dedicated to mentorship and leadership development. At RLTYco, she oversees operations with a focus on internal processes, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and streamlining all company functions.

Claire Lichtenstein has been appointed as Chief of Staff, bringing a blend of corporate strategy, media expertise, and operational leadership from high-growth environments. She earned her MBA at NYU Stern and specializes in translating vision into actionable plans that drive business expansion. Claire partners directly with leadership to accelerate strategic initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and oversee overall company growth.

Michel Ovalle-Giladi joins as Head of Sales, with over 14 years of experience in luxury residential leasing and property management. She leads the sales team at RLTYco and supports agents and real estate experts, focusing on everything from education to empowerment.

Zollinger has impressive marketing and sales experience across many states, which has proven to be invaluable for the brand.
