Concrete Engine Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Kyrgyz National Investment Agency to Advance Sovereign AI and Data Infrastructure
Concrete Engine, a U.S.-based developer of modular high-performance computing (HPC) and sovereign AI infrastructure, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Kyrgyz National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration to evaluate and deploy sovereign data and artificial intelligence infrastructure aligned with Kyrgyzstan’s national energy and digital transformation strategy.
